Job description

We are seeking an experienced Admin & Ops Associate to join our fast-growing wealth management firm, provide exceptional service to our clients, and support our advisors.


Clark Asset Management is the leading flat fee wealth management firm specializing in retirement income planning for high-net-worth individuals. Our mission is to help our clients achieve the feeling of relaxed confidence in their financial lives, while transforming the financial advice industry into a helping profession.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calendaring Support – Communicate with prospects & clients to schedule meetings through Calendly, or manually, when necessary. Assist with general calendar management.
  • Marketing & Sales Support – Help prepare materials for Bradley to use in sales conversations. Send copies of Bradley Clark’s book to prospects & clients.
  • Client Data & Documents Hygiene – Maintain our files & folders (Box), CRM (Wealthbox), and other systems.
  • Internal Meeting Prep – Help prepare our weekly scrums, planner meetings, and ops meetings.
  • Reporting - Generate key management reports.
  • CEO Support – Manage Bradley’s email, voicemail, etc.
  • Human Resources Support – Manage correspondence with benefits providers and for new state tax setups.
  • Schwab Account Operations Back-Up – Serve as a “back-up” to our Client Service Associates for basic Schwab operations tasks.

Job requirements

“MUST HAVE” QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in Admin, Ops, and/or Client Service roles in financial advisory practices

  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

  • Thrive juggling multiple tasks and projects

  • Experience maintaining client information in a CRM

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Well organized and respectful of client service standards and deadlines

  • Thrive in a startup culture and willing to learn (i.e. saying “I need help” or “I don’t know”)

  • Consistently demonstrate our core values (Service, Humility, Curiosity, Transparency, Tenacity)


"NICE TO HAVE" QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working in an RIA environment and/or fee-only RIA firm

  • Familiarity with our core tech - Wealthbox, Calendly, Hubly

  • 1+ years processing paperwork at a Custodian (like Schwab or Fidelity)


COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • Full-Time W2

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with skills & experience)

  • Target Bonus: 5% of base salary

  • 401-K Match (4%)
